Uniswap Finance Review: Legit or Scam

I woke to see Uniswap Finance pumping 1138% on coinmarketcap.com. One thing struck me, the name. Is the token a cousin to Uniswap? or is it a meme coin that’s leveraging the success of Uniswap? Before this pump, I had never heard of the token. So, I decided to review Uniswap Finance. To help people decide whether the coin is worth their time. 0r to uncover a major scam.

If you are about to FOMO into buying Uniswap Finance or maybe you are just curious about it. You are in the right place.

I’d like you to know that I’m not a financial expert. This review is just for educational purpose. I encourage you to do your own research and come up with your own conclusion. I will not held responsible for any financial gains or lose.

When I am investigating a new token, the below are the things I look out for.

What people are saying about Uniswap Finance Token

(If you are a frequent visitor of this website, I encourage you to be one, you should know this already )

I will go on to explain these points, as it relates to Uniswap Finance in the coming paragraphs.

Before I do that. Here’s a brief back story of Uniswap Finance , according to coinmarketcap.com

The Uniswap Finance project will consist of contents about the entire Blockchain and Cryptocurrency world on the internet. Our goal is to develop a secure mobile application that will accurately introduce and explain Blockchain and the Crypto Money world to people. This application will contain News, Events, Blog and Forum sections. In this way, people will be able to follow the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency world up-to-date and accurately. Within the existing application, people will be informed about the tokens that are or will be created in the market, thanks to advertisements and comments. At the same time, it will gather this platform divided into different social media into a single application.”

Personal opinion.

Something about this doesn’t sound right. You want to run an online media organization that specialises in blockchain education, and you the best name you could think of is Uniswap Finance? Well, let’s go on to analyse the website.

Uniswap Finance’s Website

From coinmarketcap.com you are directed to the website. But you meet a bridge page that directs you to another website. This is a big red flag, that tells you there’s something insincere about this token and its promoters, ‘the bridge page’ is originally written in Turkish. When you click “Go to Website”. You leave the website coinmarketcap directed you to, to an entirely different website. That is, coinmarketcap – uniswapfinancing.com – uniswapfinancing.info

Now, know that Uniswapfinancing.com and Uniswapfinancing.info are different websites.

Uniswafinancing.info is a beautiful website, I have to admit. It is well designed. It is even SSL secure. Which gives you a little confidence.  This token sort of reminds me of SQUID. Not in style, but purpose. Many investors merely look at a website to judge a token. If the website is professionally done, they fall for the scam scheme. This token’s website is looking like a scam scheme. But, I’m not going to conclude yet.

By reading through the description, you’d easily tell that the developers don’t understand English. I mean, If you can’t afford an English translator, then you shouldn’t be running any project in crypto. It is that simple. This is a red flag. These websites must have been set up by people looking to profit from the ignorance of new investors.

The whole website just tells you there’s something wrong. For example, the about us Says this;

“What is the Uniswap Finance? Uniswap Finance is a BEP20 ‘token created on the Binance smart chain. It provides easy usage with low fee fees in the BSC network. Together with its reliable mediators, it enables fast and efficient trading by eliminating unnecessary rental methods. Our mission is to become a global brand, to ensure the right ownership together with our partners and to provide the highest security works of our operations. Our vision is to make a simple and understandable production all over the world in a way that is common to this situation that spreads so that money can be used freely and in more widespread areas, to accompany people to adapt to this coordination and improve people’s lives significantly. Also our vision is to ensure that people reach the welfare level”

Do you understand the above? First what Uniswap Finance is wasn’t made clear. Their vision throws you into more confusion, their mission completely finishes you with confusion. I was honestly confused by the whole thing. I’m not kidding.

And then they went on to embark on a project in media education and sensitization. This tells me that the Devs are really confused about everything or they are frauds. Here them talk about their ‘Project”.

“Our project will consist of contents about the entire Blockchain and Cryptocurrency world on the internet. At the same time, it will gather this platform divided into different social media into a single application”

There are many sources of learning about blockchain and crypto currency out there, I honestly don’t see a need for it. It is the lack of desire to learn that keeps people ignorant about crypto. In my opinion, their project is dead on arrival.

Tokenonmics

The token is said to have a total supply of 1.000.000. Nothing was said about token distribution. However, on Coinmarketcap.com the token has 100 trillion supply. There’s also an indication of “Old” on it. This token seem to have changed overnight. The also have a separate account on coinmarketcap.com which displays a different data. This project is not where any reasonable person should put his money.

The White Paper

I tried to download the white paper from the website, but the download link sent me to a page on GitHub. For some reason, I wasn’t able to download the pdf there.

However, I went through coinmarketcap.com to download Uniswap Finance’s white paper. I found out that, they launched sometime in 2020. And they are promising the same thing. They haven’t successfully launched any project. They haven’t done anything since that time. Analyzing the white paper is a total waste of time.

I don’t even need to check the market cap or liquidity pool to know these guys are rogues, stealing people’s money for fun. I’ll only check what investors are saying about the token to and to see if the Developers are doxxed.

Developers behind Uniswap Finance

The developers do not know. They can’t pay for their crime, because nobody knows them. When you are looking to invest in any crypto project like this, always check for the developers. There are thousand better projects with doxxed developers than this piece of garbage.

What People are saying about Uniswap Finance

On Discus.com, some people have recognized and called it what it is. Here is a screenshot of comments on the platform.

On Twitter and Telegram, Investors are not allowed to air their minds. This is exactly what squid token did. This is a go-to strategy of a scam coin.

Conclusion

Uniswap Finance is a scam coin and project that uses the name, Uniswap to camouflage and deceive newbie token investors. The token has no direction, no utility. The developers are not known. Nothing is clear about the token.

If you enjoyed this article, comment and share it. You might just be saving someone from risking his life savings on a scam project.
